Debbie Carroll

Practice Manager

Debbie has worked for Gibbs Marsh ever since it was founded in August 2013. She has been involved with horses all her life and before working at Gibbs Marsh she was the Yard Manager of a military equestrian centre in Warminster. Debbie is involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the practice and with the help of her team in the office, they are always available to assist with clients queries and co-ordinate the vet’s busy diaries. During her spare time, she can be found riding her horse and exploring the countryside walking her springer spaniels.

Hannah Pearce

Hannah originally joined the office team in March 2022 and now juggles working part time answering our clients’ phone calls with travelling to events with elite riders and their horses. Before joining us, she worked as an international event groom in Dorset and Wiltshire for 4 years, gaining experience managing top sports horses. Growing up locally in Dorset, she also has her own horse, Freddie, who she competes at British Eventing.

Alex Harris

Alex joined the office team part time to help with administration. She juggles this with managing her daughter’s team of top level dressage horses for competitions both in the U.K. and abroad! Alex has extensive experience with competition horses, as her husband also was an international event rider with several horses competing at the highest level.

Coral Goddard

Coral joined us at Gibbs Marsh in September 2023 with her lovely whippet, Bella, who quickly settled into the office. Coral has previous experience in veterinary administration and is also a very competent technician having worked in the eventing and freelance groom industry for 10 years. She grew up in Dorset as part of the local equine community and still enjoys riding her two geldings.
